DENTAL ACT 1971

DENTAL (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) (NO. 2) ORDER 2013

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2) of the Dental Act 1971 [Act 51], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Dental (Amendment of Second Schedule)

(No. 2) Order 2013.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Act is amended by inserting after the item “Canada”

and the item relating to it the following items:

Country in which the qualification is granted

Institution granting qualification

Description of qualification
