Perintah Kastam (Larangan Mengenai Eksport) 2012 [P.U. (A) 491/2012] dipinda dalam Bahagian I Jadual Ketiga, berhubung dengan butiran 7 dalam ruang (2) di bawah kepala “Description of Goods” dengan menggantikan perkataan “(except raw-cleaned,
1,000 grammes and below per person, hand carried and applicable to Peninsular
Malaysia and Labuan only)” dengan perkataan “(except hand carried of any weight of edible birds’ nest and applicable to Peninsular Malaysia and Labuan only)”.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Exports)
(Amendment) Order 2013.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 12 June 2013.
Amendment of Third Schedule 2.
The Customs (Prohibition of Exports) Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 491/2012] is amended in Part I of the Third Schedule, in relation to item 7 in column (2) under the heading “Description of Goods” by substituting for the words “(except raw-cleaned,
1,000 grammes and below per person, hand carried and applicable to Peninsular
Malaysia and Labuan only)” the words “(except hand carried of any weight of edible birds’ nest and applicable to Peninsular Malaysia and Labuan only)”.
