PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 202 Akta Insurans 1996 [Akta 553], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan

Insurans (Pindaan) 2013.

Peraturan-Peraturan ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 30 Jun 2013.

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 202 of the Insurance Act 1996 [Act 553], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Insurance (Amendment)

Regulations 2013.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 30 June 2013.

Deletion of Part III and Part XII

Seksyen 2

The Insurance Regulations 1996 [P.U. (A) 653/1996] published on 31 December 1996 are amended by deleting Part III and Part XII.
