Menteri membenarkan mana-mana pengamal pergigian yang didaftarkan selepas 1 Disember 2012 pengurangan tempoh khidmat awam daripada tiga (3) tahun kepada dua (2) tahun sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan di bawah seksyen 48 Akta.

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 49(1)(c) of the Dental Act 1971 [Act 51], the Minister makes the following order: Name 1. This order may be cited as the Dental (Reduction of Public Service Period) (No. 2) Order 2013. Reduction of public service period 2. The Minister grants any dental practitioners registered after 1 December 2012 a reduction of public service period from three (3) years to two (2) years as provided under section 48 of the Act.
