PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 6(4) Akta Perlembagaan (Pindaan) 2001 [Akta A1095], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Seksyen 1

(1)

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan

Putrajaya (Ubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara) (Pindaan) 2013.

(2)

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 15 Julai 2013.

Pindaan Jadual

Seksyen 2

Jadual kepada Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya (Ubahsuaian Kanun

Tanah Negara) 2001 [P.U. (A) 213/2001] dipinda dalam ubah suaian seksyen 12―

(a)

dengan menggantikan subseksyen (1) dengan subseksyen yang berikut :

“(1) There shall be established a Land Executive Committee for the

Federal Territory of Putrajaya consisting of―

(a)

the Chief Secretary to the Government who shall be the

Chairman;

(b)

the Secretary General of the Ministry of Federal Territories who shall be the Deputy Chairman;

(c)

the Attorney General or his representative;

(d)

the Secretary General of Treasury or the Deputy Secretary

General of Treasury as his alternate;

(e)

the Director General of Lands and Mines;

(f)

the Senior Deputy Secretary General of the Prime Minister’s

Department; and

(g)

the President of the Perbadanan Putrajaya appointed under section 5 of the Perbadanan Putrajaya Act 1995 [Act 536].”;

dan

(b)

dengan menggantikan subseksyen (1A) dengan subseksyen yang berikut:

“(1A) The quorum of the Land Executive Committee shall be its

Chairman and a majority of its other members mentioned in subsection (1).”.

(AMENDMENT) ORDER 2013

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(4) of the Constitution (Amendment) Act 2001 [Act A1095], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Territory of Putrajaya

(Modification of National Land Code) (Amendment) Order 2013.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 July 2013.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Schedule to the Federal Territory of Putrajaya (Modification of National

Land Code) Order 2001 [P.U. (A) 213/2001] is amended in the modification of section 12―

(a)

by substituting for subsection (1) the following subsection:
