KANUN TANAH NEGARA) (PINDAAN) 2013

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 7 Akta Perlembagaan (Pindaan) (No. 2) 1984 [Akta A585], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Seksyen 1

(1)

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan

Labuan (Pemerluasan dan Ubah Suaian Kanun Tanah Negara) (Pindaan) 2013.

(2)

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 15 Julai 2013.

Pindaan Jadual

Jadual kepada Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Pemerluasan dan Ubah Suaian

Kanun Tanah Negara) 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009], dipinda dalam ubah suaian seksyen 12—

(a)

dengan menggantikan subseksyen (1) dengan subseksyen yang berikut:

“(1) There shall be established a Land Executive Committee for the

Federal Territory of Labuan consisting of—

(a)

the Chief Secretary to the Government who shall be the

Chairman;

(b)

the Secretary General of the Ministry of Federal

Territories who shall be the Deputy Chairman;

(c)

the Attorney General or his representative;

(d)

the Secretary General of Treasury or the Deputy Secretary

General of Treasury as his alternate;

(e)

the Director General of Lands and Mines;

(f)

the Senior Deputy Secretary General of the Prime

Minister’s Department; and

(g)

the Chief Executive Officer of the Perbadanan Labuan appointed under section 10 of the Perbadanan Labuan Act 2001 [Act 609].”; dan

(b)

dengan menggantikan subseksyen (1A) dengan subseksyen yang berikut:

“(1A) The quorum of the Land Executive Committee shall be its

Chairman and a majority of its other members mentioned in subsection (1).”.

FEDERAL TERRITORY OF LABUAN (EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION OF NATIONAL

LAND CODE) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2013

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Constitution (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1984 [Act A585], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of National Land Code) (Amendment) Order 2013.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 July 2013.

Amendment of Schedule

Seksyen 2

The Schedule to the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of

National Land Code) Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009], is amended in the modification of section 12—

(a)

by substituting for subsection (1) the following subsection:

“(1) There shall be established a Land Executive Committee for the

Federal Territory of Labuan consisting of—

(a)

the Chief Secretary to the Government who shall be the

Chairman;

(b)

the Secretary General of the Ministry of Federal Territories who shall be the Deputy Chairman;

(c)

the Attorney General or his representative;

General of Treasury as his alternate;

(e)

the Director General of Lands and Mines;

(f)

(b)

by substituting for subsection (1A) the following subsection:
