- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 23 Akta Pusat Jagaan 1993 [Akta 506], Menteri mengecualikan Anjung Singgah di Tingkat Bawah, Tingkat 1, Tingkat 2 dan Tingkat 3, Bangunan MCA Negeri Johor, Jalan Sengget, 80000 Johor Bahru, Johor, yang ditadbir oleh Yayasan Kebajikan Negara daripada semua peruntukan Akta berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Ogos 2013. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Care Centres Act 1993 [Act 506], the Minister exempts Anjung Singgah at Tingkat Bawah, Tingkat 1, Tingkat 2 and Tingkat 3, Bangunan MCA Negeri Johor, Jalan Sengget, 80000 Johor Bahru, Johor, administered by Yayasan Kebajikan Negara from all of the provisions of the Act with effect from 1 August 2013.
