Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Negeri Perlis, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2013.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 September 2013.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Perlis Indera Kayangan”—

(a)

by inserting after item 12 the following item:

“13.

(Route 265): Titi Tinggi-Tasoh Road

From the junction at Route 7 Kangar-Padang Besar Road at coordinates North (N) 736160.136573, East (E) 252994.014564

and ending at coordinates North (N) 729964.062856, East (E)
