Jadual Kedua kepada Akta dipinda berhubung dengan negara “India” dengan menggantikan perkataan “Sri Ramachandra Dental College, Dr. M. G. R. Tamil Nadu

University” dengan perkataan “Sri Ramachandra University”.

DENTAL ACT 1971

DENTAL (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) (NO. 3) ORDER 2013

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2) of the Dental Act 1971 [Act 51], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Dental (Amendment of Second Schedule)

(No. 3) Order 2013.

Amendment of the Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Act is amended in relation to the country of “India”

by substituting for the words “Sri Ramachandra Dental College, Dr. M. G. R. Tamil Nadu

University” the words “Sri Ramachandra University”.
