PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (FEES) REGULATIONS 2013

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 143 of the Personal Data

Protection Act 2010 [Act 709], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

Regulations 2013.

These Regulations come into operation on 15 November 2013.

Maximum fees for data access request 2.

The maximum fees payable for a data access request under section 30 of the Act are as specified in the First Schedule.

Fees payable to the Commissioner 3.

The fees payable to the Commissioner—

(a)

for a copy of the statement of the grounds of the decision of the

Commissioner under section 94 of the Act are as specified in Table A of the Second Schedule;

(b)

to inspect, make a copy or take extracts from an entry in the register under section 128 of the Act are as specified in Table B of the Second

Schedule.
