Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports)
(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2013.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 31 January 2014.
Amendment of Fourth Schedule 2.
The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 490/2012] is amended in Part II of the Fourth Schedule by inserting after item 9 and the particulars relating to it the following item:
