WILDLIFE CONSERVATION (QUOTA OF LICENCE) ORDER 2013
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 35(e) of the Wildlife Conservation
Act 2010 [Act 716], the Director General, with the approval of the Minister makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Wildlife Conservation (Quota of Licence)
Order 2013.
Quota of Licence 2.
For the purpose of section 9 of the Act, the quota of licence for each type of wild birds stated in column (1) of the Schedule for the States stated in column (2) is as stated in column (3).
