PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 35(d) Akta Pemuliharaan Hidupan Liar 2010 [Akta 716], Ketua Pengarah, dengan kelulusan Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 35(d) of the Wildlife Conservation Act 2010 [Act 716], the Director General, with the approval of the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Wildlife Conservation (Hunting Prohibited Areas) Order 2013. Hunting areas 2.

Subject to any other written law and subsection (2), hunting is permitted in State land.

Notwithstanding subsection (1), hunting is prohibited in the following areas:
