Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan

Pengangkutan Awam Darat (Pengkompaunan Kesalahan) (Pindaan) 2013.

Peraturan-Peraturan ini mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh Peraturan-Peraturan ini disiarkan dalam Warta.

REGULATIONS 2013

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 252(1)(e) of the Land Public Transport Act 2010 [Act 715], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Land Public Transport

(Compounding of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2013.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on the date the Regulations are published in the Gazette.

Amendment of regulation 2 2.

The Land Public Transport (Compounding of Offences) Regulations 2011

[P.U. (A) 276/2011] are amended in paragraph 2(a)―

(a)

by inserting after the words “offences under sections” the words “121,

122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 129, 131, 133,”;

(b)

by inserting after the words “22(3),” the words “23(2), 30(2), 31(2),

41(3), 42(2),”;

(c)

by inserting after the words “49(2),” the words “57(3), 58(2), 65(2),

66(2),”; and

(d)

by inserting after the words “82(3),” the words “128(1), 128(2), 128(3),

128(4), ”.
