- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 51 Akta Kualiti Alam Sekeliling 1974 [Akta 127], Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Majlis Kualiti Alam Sekeliling, membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama

dalam Peraturan-Peraturan ini, dipinda dengan memotong peraturan 21.

Seksyen 3
Peraturan 22 Peraturan-Peraturan ibu dipinda—
(a)
dengan menggantikan subperaturan (1) dengan subperaturan yang berikut:
“(1) Fi bagi suatu lesen, termasuklah pembaharuan suatu lesen, adalah fi yang berkaitan dengan efluen yang dihitung menurut kaedah yang ditetapkan dalam Jadual Kelima.”; dan

(RAW NATURAL RUBBER) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2013
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 51 of the Environmental Quality Act 1974 [Act 127], the Minister, after consultation with the Environmental Quality Council, makes the following regulations: Citation 1. These regulations may be cited as the Environmental Quality (Prescribed Premises) (Raw Natural Rubber) (Amendment) Regulations 2013. Deletion of regulation 21 2. The Environmental Quality (Prescribed Premises) (Raw Natural Rubber) Regulations 1978 [P.U. (A) 338/1978], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended by deleting regulation 21. Amendment of regulation 22 3. Regulation 22 of the principal Regulations is amended—
(a)
by substituting for subregulation (1) the following subregulation:
“(1) The fee for a licence, including renewal of a licence, is the effluent related fee computed in accordance with the method prescribed in the Fifth Schedule.”; and
(b)
by deleting subregulation (2).
Deletion of regulation 24 4.
The principal Regulations are amended by deleting regulation 24.
