Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the National Speed Limit (Amendment)

Order 2013.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 28 February 2013.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The National Speed Limit Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 18/1989] is amended in the

Schedule under item 4 by deleting the words “excluding that part of the road between

Simpang Ampat interchange at kilometre 216.45 and Ayer Keroh interchange at kilometre 195.50.”.
