Pengambilalihan kawalan

Suruhanjaya melantik Encik Zahir bin Dahari untuk mengambil alih kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Kemajuan Tanah Negeri Johor

Berhad dan perbadanan yang berkaitan dengannya dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwalnya mulai 1 Ogos 2012 bagi baki tempoh pengambilalihan kawalan sebagaimana yang ditetapkan di bawah

Kos dan perbelanjaan

Apa-apa kos dan perbelanjaan yang ditanggung oleh Suruhanjaya berhubung dengan pengambilalihan kawalan di bawah perenggan 2 hendaklah kena dibayar daripada dana dan harta Koperasi Kemajuan Tanah Negeri Johor Berhad sebagai suatu caj yang pertama.

Pelantikan Nooh Bin Tokio yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (A) 12/2012 pada 1 Januari 2012 dibatalkan mulai 31 Julai 2012.

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(3) of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502], the Commission makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) (Replacement) (No. 2) Order 2013. Assumption of control 2. The Commission appoints Encik Zahir bin Dahari to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Kemajuan Tanah Negeri Johor Berhad and its related corporations and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs commencing from 1 August 2012 for the remaining period of the assumption of control as prescribed under the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 12/2012] for a period not exceeding two years from 16 January 2012. Cost and expenses 3. Any costs and expenses incurred by the Commission in relation to the assumption of control under paragraph 2 shall be payable out of the funds and properties of the Koperasi Kemajuan Tanah Negeri Johor Berhad as a first charge. Revocation of appointment 4. The appointment of Nooh Bin Tokio as published in P.U. (A) 12/2012 on 13 January 2012 is revoked with effect from 31 July 2012. P.U.
