FACTORIES AND MACHINERY (EXEMPTION TO PETRON MALAYSIA REFINING &
MARKETING BERHAD, PORT DICKSON, NEGERI SEMBILAN) ORDER 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 55(3) of the Factories and Machinery
Act 1967 [Act 139], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Factories and Machinery (Exemption to Petron
Malaysia Refining & Marketing Berhad, Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan)
Order 2014.
