Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2) of the Medical Act 1971 [Act 50], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Medical (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2016. Amendment of the Second Schedule 2. The Medical Act 1971 is amended in the Second Schedule by inserting after the item “Sri Lanka (Ceylon)” and the particulars against it the following item and particulars: Country in which qualification is granted Name of Institution granting qualification Description of qualification “Czech Republic Charles University in Prague - First Faculty of Medicine Charles University in Prague - Faculty of Medicine in Hradec Kralove Palacky University Doctor of Medicine (Recognized on 25 October 2004 until 31 December 2020) Doctor of Medicine (Recognized on 25 October 2004 until 31 December 2020) Doctor of Medicine (Recognized on 25 October 2004 until 31 December 2020)”.
