FEDERAL ROADS (PRIVATE MANAGEMENT) (COLLECTION OF TOLLS)

(FEDERAL HIGHWAY ROUTE 2) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2

of the

Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(Collection of Tolls) (Federal Highway Route 2) (Amendment) Order 2016.

Order is deemed to have come into operation on 12 January 2012.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

The

Federal

(Collection of

Tolls)

(Federal Highway Route 2) Order 1993 [P. U. (A) 372/1993], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in subparagraph 2(1) –

(a)

by substituting for the words “Projek Lebuh Raya Utara-Selatan

Berhad” the words “Projek Lebuh Raya Usahasama Berhad”;

(b)

by substituting for the words “1 January 2002 to 31 May 2030”

the words “12 January 2012 to 31 December 2038”;

(c)

by substituting for the words “column (2) of the First Schedule and

First Schedule—A, tolls as appropriate as specified in column (2) of the First Schedule and First Schedule—A according to the concession year as specified in column (1) of the First Schedule and

First Schedule—A” the words “column (1) of the First Schedule and

First Schedule—A, tolls as appropriate as specified in column (2) of

the First Schedule and First Schedule—A according to the concession years as specified in column (1) of the First Schedule and

First Schedule—A”.

Substitution of First Schedule 3.

The principal Order is amended by substituting for the First Schedule the following Schedule:
