Perintah Jalan-Jalan Persekutuan (Pengurusan Persendirian) (Pungutan Tol)
(Lebuhraya Bukit Kayu Hitam-Jitra) 1989 [P.U. (A) 16/1989], yang disebut
dengan menggantikan perkataan “Projek Lebuh Raya Utara-Selatan
Berhad” dengan perkataan “Projek Lebuh Raya Usahasama Berhad”;
dengan menggantikan perkataan “1 Januari 2002 hingga 31 Mei 2030”
dengan perkataan “12 Januari 2012 sehingga 31 Disember 2038”; dan
dengan menggantikan perkataan “ruang (2) Jadual Pertama, tol yang sesuai yang bersesuaian yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Pertama mengikut tahun-tahun konsesi yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1)
Jadual itu” dengan perkataan “ruang (1) Jadual Pertama, tol yang sesuai yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2)”.

(BUKIT KAYU HITAM-JITRA HIGHWAY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2016
Opening note
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)
(Collection of Tolls) (Bukit Kayu Hitam-Jitra Highway) (Amendment) Order 2016.
This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 12 January 2012.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

(Bukit Kayu Hitam-Jitra Highway) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 16/1989], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in subparagraph 2(1)—
by substituting for the words “Projek Lebuh Raya Utara-Selatan Berhad”
the words “Projek Lebuh Raya Usahasama Berhad”;
by substituting for the words “1 January 2002 to 31 May 2030” the words
“12 January 2012 to 31 December 2038”; and
by substituting for the words “column (2) of the First Schedule, the appropriate tolls specified in column (2) of the First Schedule according to the concession years as specified in column (1) thereof” the words
“column (1) of the First Schedule, the appropriate tolls specified in column (2)”.

Substitution of First Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended by substituting for the First Schedule the following Schedule:
