- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 69(2) Akta Koperasi 1993 [Akta 502], Suruhanjaya membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Pengambilalihan kawalan
Suruhanjaya melantik Zainudin bin Mohamed untuk mengambil alih kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Desa Lestari Kampung Seterpa
Kota Bharu Berhad dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwalnya berkuat kuasa mulai 30 Jun 2016 hingga 29 Jun 2018 atau sehingga suatu Lembaga dipilih di bawah undang-undang kecil koperasi itu, mengikut mana-mana yang terdahulu.

Kos dan perbelanjaan
Apa-apa kos dan perbelanjaan yang ditanggung oleh Suruhanjaya berhubung dengan pengambilalihan kawalan di bawah perenggan 2 hendaklah kena dibayar daripada dana dan harta Koperasi Desa Lestari Kampung Seterpa Kota Bharu Berhad sebagai suatu caj pertama.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(2) of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502], the Commission makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) (Appointment) Order 2016. Assumption of control 2. The Commission appoints Zainudin bin Mohamed to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Desa Lestari Kampung Seterpa Kota Bharu Berhad and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs with effect from 30 June 2016 to 29 June 2018 or until a Board is elected under the by-laws of the co-operative society, whichever is earlier. Costs and expenses 3. Any costs and expenses incurred by the Commission in relation to the assumption of control under paragraph 2 shall be payable out of the funds and properties of the Koperasi Desa Lestari Kampung Seterpa Kota Bharu Berhad as a first charge.
