- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 69(2) Akta Koperasi 1993 [Akta 502], Suruhanjaya membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Pengambilalihan kawalan
Suruhanjaya melantik Mohd Sohaimi bin Abd Rahman untuk mengambil alih kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Giat Maju Berhad dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwalnya berkuat kuasa mulai 1 September 2016 hingga 31 Ogos 2018 atau sehingga suatu Lembaga dipilih di bawah undang-undang kecil koperasi itu, mengikut mana-mana yang terdahulu.

Kos dan perbelanjaan
Apa-apa kos dan perbelanjaan yang ditanggung oleh Suruhanjaya berhubung dengan pengambilalihan kawalan di bawah perenggan 2 hendaklah kena dibayar daripada dana dan harta Koperasi Giat Maju Berhad sebagai suatu caj pertama.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(2) of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502], the Commission makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) (Appointment) Order 2016. Assumption of control 2. The Commission appoints Mohd Sohaimi bin Abd Rahman to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Giat Maju Berhad and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs with effect from 1 September 2016 to 31 August 2018 or until a Board is elected under the by-laws of the co-operative society, whichever is earlier. Costs and expenses 3. Any costs and expenses incurred by the Commission in relation to the assumption of control under paragraph 2 shall be payable out of the funds and properties of the Koperasi Giat Maju Berhad as a first charge.
