ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987

LOCAL SPEED LIMIT (FEDERAL ROADS) (WEST MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT)

ORDER 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(2)

of the

Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Local Speed Limit (Federal Roads)

(West Malaysia) (Amendment) Order 2016.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 10 November 2016.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Local Speed Limit (Federal Roads) (West Malaysia) Order 1992

[P.U. (A) 462/1991] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading

“STATE OF TERENGGANU” by inserting after item 43 the following item:
