Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 [Act 612], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia
Berhad (Registration of Employers and Payment of Levy) (Amendment)
Regulations 2016.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 8 January 2016.
Amendment of regulation 8 2.
Subregulation 8(1)
of the
Pembangunan
Sumber
Manusia
Berhad
(Registration of Employers and Payment of Levy) Regulations 2001 [P.U. (A) 141/2001]
is amended by substituting for the words “the last day” the words “the fifteenth day”.
