- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(Collection of Tolls) (Bukit Kayu Hitam-Jitra Highway) (Amendment) (No. 2)
Order 2016.

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2017.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (Private Management) (Collection of Tolls) (Bukit Kayu
Hitam-Jitra Highway) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 16/1989] is amended in the First Schedule in the heading by substituting for the words “31 DECEMBER 2016” the words
“31 DECEMBER 2017”.
