- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 16(2)(j) Akta Pendaftaran Perniagaan 1956 [Akta 197], Menteri membuat kaedah-kaedah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Fi yang ditetapkan dalam subbutiran 5(f) dan (g) Jadual Kedua kepada
Kaedah-Kaedah Pendaftaran Perniagaan 1957 [L.N. 282/1957] diketepikan berkenaan dengan mana-mana agensi Kerajaan Persekutuan dan badan berkanun
Persekutuan.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 16(2)(j) of the Registration of Businesses Act 1956 [Act 197], the Minister makes the following rules: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These rules may be cited as the Registration of Businesses
(Waiver of Fee) Rules 2016.
(2)
These Rules come into operation on 15 March 2016.
Waiver of fee 2.
The fees prescribed in subitems 5(f) and (g) of the Second Schedule to the
Registration of Businesses Rules 1957 [L.N. 282/1957] are waived in respect of any
Federal Government agency and Federal statutory body.
