IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 11 March 2016.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2013 [P.U. (A) 371/2013] is amended in

Part I of the Schedule, in relation to item 66, in column (2)―

(a)

by substituting for paragraphs (x) and (xi) the following paragraphs:

“(x) Sapurakencana Energy Peninsula Malaysia Inc.;

(xi)

Sapurakencana Energy Sarawak Inc;”; and

(b)

by inserting after paragraph (xvii) the following paragraph:

“(xviii) Sapurakencana Energy Sabah Inc”.
