Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 [Act 759], the Bank, with the concurrence of the Minister, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Islamic Financial Services (Designated Islamic Payment Instruments) (Amendment) Order 2016. Amendment of paragraph 2 2. The Islamic Financial Services (Designated Islamic Payment Instruments) Order 2013 [P.U. (A) 208/2013] is amended in subparagraph 2(c), by substituting for the words “that is linked to a deposit account” the words “that is linked to an investment account, deposit account, current account, savings account or other similar account”.
