Amendment of regulation 111

Suggest a correction

The Prison Regulations 2000 [P.U. (A) 325/2000], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended in subregulation 111(1) by substituting for the words “who has served not less than four years of a sentence of imprisonment” the words “who is serving any term of imprisonment”.
