PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 57(1) Akta Racun Makhluk Perosak 1974 [Akta 149], Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Lembaga, membuat kaedah-kaedah yang berikut: Nama

Kaedah-kaedah ini bolehlah dinamakan Kaedah-Kaedah Racun Makhluk Perosak

(Pelesenan bagi Pengilangan) (Pindaan) 2020.

Pindaan teks bahasa kebangsaan

[P.U. (A) 187/2011], yang disebut “Kaedah-Kaedah ibu” dalam Kaedah-Kaedah ini, dipinda dalam teks bahasa kebangsaan, dalam perenggan 4(1)(a) dan (b) dan subkaedah 10(2), dengan menggantikan perkataan “pendaftar” dengan perkataan “orang yang mendaftar”.

PESTICIDES (LICENSING FOR MANUFACTURING) (AMENDMENT) RULES 2020

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 57(1) of the Pesticides Act 1974 [Act 149], the Minister, after consultation with the Board, makes the following rules: Citation 1. These rules may be cited as the Pesticides (Licensing for Manufacturing) (Amendment) Rules 2020. Amendment of national language text 2. Pesticides (Licensing for manufacturing) Rules 2011 [P.U. (A) 187/2011], referred to in as the “principal Rules” in these Rules, are amended in the national language text, in paragraphs 4(1)(a) and (b) and subrule 10(2), by substituting for the word “pendaftar” the words “orang yang mendaftar”. Amendment of rule 10 3. Subrule 10(2) of the principal Rules is amended by substituting for the words “subrule 6(b)” the words “paragraph 4(1)(b)”. Substitution of Second Schedule 4. The principal Rules are amended by substituting for the Second Schedule the following schedule: 9 “SECOND SCHEDULE FORM A PESTICIDES (LICENSING FOR MANUFACTURING) RULES 2011 [Rules 3 and 6] APPLICATION FOR *LICENCE/ RENEWAL OF LICENCE TO MANUFACTURE PESTICIDES (This application shall be submitted to the Secretary, Pesticides Board, Pesticides Control Division, Department of Agriculture) *One copy to be completed Application for: (Please tick (/) at the appropriate box)
