PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 130(2)(b) Akta Pendidikan 1996 [Akta 550], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama

EDUCATION (TERMS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS YEAR 2020)

REGULATIONS 2020

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 130(2)(b)

of the

Education Act 1996 [Act 550], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation

Application 2.

These Regulations shall apply to attendance at educational institutions for the year 2020.

Duration of terms of educational institutions 3.

The duration of terms of educational institutions for the year 2020 shall be as specified in the Schedule.

Institutions Year 2020) Regulations 2020.
