  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Pahang, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 5) Order 2020.

This Order comes into operation on 27 July 2020.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur”—

(a)

by substituting for item 3 the following item:

“3.

(Route 3): Kuantan-Cukai Road

From its junction with Route 2 Kuala Lumpur-Kuantan Road at coordinates N 3.767629, E 103.223721 to Pahang-Terengganu state boundary at coordinates N 4.183949, E 103.429827 within the boundaries of right of way as shown on
