PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 81 Akta Hakmilik Strata 1985 [Akta 318] dibaca bersama subseksyen 5(5), Menteri membuat kaedah-kaedah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Kaedah-kaedah ini bolehlah dinamakan Kaedah-Kaedah Hakmilik Strata

(Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur) (Pindaan) 2020.

Kaedah-Kaedah ini disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Januari 2020.

STRATA TITLES (FEDERAL TERRITORY OF KUALA LUMPUR) (AMENDMENT) RULES 2020

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 81 of the Strata Titles Act 1985 [Act 318] read together with subsection 5(5), the Minister makes the following rules: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These rules may be cited as the Strata Titles (Federal Territory Of Kuala

Lumpur) (Amendment) Rules 2020.

(2)

These Rules are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2020.
