  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 122AB of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong acting on the advice of the Prime Minister, after consulting the Chief Justice of the Federal Court, appoints—

(a)

Puan Nurulhuda Nur’Aini binti Mohamad Nor to be a Judicial Commissioner for a period of two years with effect from 3 August 2020; and

Suggest a fix

(b)

Encik Su Tiang Joo to be a Judicial Commissioner for a period of two years with effect from 1 September 2020.
