- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Sarawak, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama di bawah kepala
“LEBUH RAYA PAN BORNEO” dengan memasukkan selepas butiran (ja) dengan butiran yang berikut:
“(jb) (Laluan 1): Jalan Nyabau-Simpang Jalan Bakun
Bermula dari Jalan Nyabau di koordinat U 3.196000, T 113.100000 dan berakhir di simpang Jalan Bakun di koordinat U 3.361000, T 113.414000
di dalam sempadan hak lalu-lalang sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam

(jarak sepanjang 42.273 km).”.

FEDERAL ROADS (SARAWAK) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2020
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Sarawak, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Sarawak)
(Amendment) Order 2020.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 31 January 2020.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (Sarawak) Order 1996 [P.U. (A) 551/1996] which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule under the heading “PAN BORNEO HIGHWAY” by inserting after item (ja) the following item:
“(jb) (Route 1): Nyabau Road–Bakun Road Intersection
Starting from Nyabau Road at coordinates N 3.196000, E 113.100000
and ending at Bakun Road intersection at coordinates N 3.361000,
E 113.414000 within the boundaries of right of way as shown on
MAP
OF
NYABAU
ROAD-BAKUN
ROAD
INTERSECTION
(a distance of 42.273 km).”.

Amendment of Third Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended in the Third Schedule by inserting after
MAP OF TELOK MELANO-SEMATAN ROUNDABOUT ROAD the following map:
