Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 28B(1) of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504] and subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties)
(Expedited Review) Order 2020.
(2)
This Order shall come into operation on 11 December 2020.
Period of expedited review 2.
The anti-dumping duties imposed under the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties)
Order 2020 [P.U. (A) 22/2020] shall not be levied on and paid by Kaptan Demir Celik
Sanayii VE A.S. the exporter of steel concrete reinforcing bar products from the Republic of Turkey while the expedited review is being carried out from 11 December 2020 until 7 June 2021.
