- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 63 Akta Tenaga Boleh Baharu 2011 [Akta 725], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Pindaan Jadual
Jadual kepada Akta Tenaga Boleh Baharu 2011 dipinda berhubung dengan sumber boleh baharu hidrokuasa kecil—
(a)
berhubung dengan butiran (a), dalam ruang ketiga, dengan menggantikan perkataan “0.2300-0.2599” dengan perkataan “0.2288-0.2599”; dan
(b)
berhubung dengan butiran (b), dalam ruang ketiga, dengan menggantikan perkataan “0.2900” dengan perkataan “0.2749-0.2900”.

RENEWABLE ENERGY (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) ORDER 2020
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Renewable Energy Act 2011 [Act 725], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 13 December 2020.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Schedule to the Renewable Energy Act 2011 is amended in relation to the renewable resource of small hydropower—
(a)
in relation to item (a), in the third column, by substituting for the words
“0.2300-0.2599” the words “0.2288-0.2599”; and
(b)
in relation to item (b), in the third column, by substituting for the word
“0.2900” the words “0.2749-0.2900”.
