- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Exports)
(Amendment)(No.2) Order 2020.
Seksyen 2
Amendment of Third Schedule
The Customs (Prohibition of Exports) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 102/2017] is amended in Part I of the Third Schedule by inserting after item 43 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
