Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 64(2)(b) of the Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following rules: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These rules may be cited as the Federal Territory (Planning)
(Classes of Use of Land and Buildings) (Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur)
(Amendment) Rules 2021.
(2)
These Rules come into operation on 15 March 2021.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Federal Territory (Planning) (Classes of Use of Land and Buildings)
(Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur) Rules 2018 [P.U. (A) 276/2018] are amended in the Schedule in relation to item 6 in column (1)—
(a)
in column (3), by inserting after the words “Class B6” the words
“Class B11”; and
(b)
in column (4), by deleting the words “Class B11”.
