MEDICAL ACT 1971
MEDICAL (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) (NO. 3) ORDER 2021
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2)
of the
Medical Act 1971 [Act 50], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Medical (Amendment of Second Schedule)
(No. 3) Order 2021.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Second Schedule to the Medical Act 1971 is amended in relation to the country of “Malaysia”, by substituting for the particulars relating to the item “Universiti Malaysia Sabah” the following particulars:
Description of qualification
“Doctor of Medicine
(recognized on 26 May 2008)”.
