Jadual Ketiga kepada Akta Racun 1952 dipinda dalam perenggan 1—

(a)

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran

“N-(Adamantan-1-yl)-1-(5-

fluoropentyl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamide (5F-APINACA)” butiran yang berikut:

“Alpha-Pyrrolidinohexanophenone (Alpha-PHP, PV-7)”;

(b)

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “N-[(1S)-1-

(Aminocarbonyl)-2-

methylpropyl]-1-

(cyclohexylmethyl)

1H-indazole-3-carboxamide

(AB-CHMINACA)” butiran yang berikut:

“N-[(2S)-1-Amino-3-methyl-1-oxobutan-2-yl]-1-[(4-fluorophenyl)

methyl]indazole-3-carboxamide (AB-FUBINACA)”;

(c)

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “Diazepam and other substances structurally derivated from 1,4-benzodiazepine except flumazenil and pirenzepine” butiran yang berikut:

“Etizolam”;

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “Ethylamphetamine” butiran yang berikut:

“N-Ethylhexedrone (NEH, Hexen, Ethyl-Hex)”;

(e)

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “Fenproporex” butiran yang berikut:

“2-{[1-(4-Fluorobutyl)-1H-indazole-3-carbonyl]amino}-3,3-

dimethylbutanoate (4-F-MDMB-BINACA, 4F-ADB, 4F-MDMB-BUTINACA)”; dan

(f)

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “Methyl 2-({[1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indazol-3-yl]carbonyl}amino)-3-methylbutanoate (5F-AMB)” butiran yang berikut:

“Methyl (2S)-2-{[1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indole-3-carbonyl]amino}-

3,3-dimethylbutanoate (5F-MDMB-PICA)”.

POISONS ACT 1952

POISONS (AMENDMENT OF THIRD SCHEDULE) ORDER 2021

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 30(2) of the Poisons Act 1952

[Act 366], the Minister, after consultation with the Poisons Board, makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment of Third Schedule)

Order 2021.

Amendment of Third Schedule 2.

The Third Schedule to the Poisons Act 1952 is amended in paragraph 1—

(a)

by inserting after the item “N-(Adamantan-1-yl)-1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamide (5F-APINACA)” the following item:

“Alpha-Pyrrolidinohexanophenone (Alpha-PHP, PV-7)”;

(b)

by inserting after the item “N-[(1S)-1-

(Aminocarbonyl)-2-methylpropyl]-

1-

(cyclohexylmethyl) 1H-indazole-3-carboxamide (AB-CHMINACA)” the following item:

“N-[(2S)-1-Amino-3-methyl-1-oxobutan-2-yl]-1-[(4-fluorophenyl)

methyl]indazole-3-carboxamide (AB-FUBINACA)”;

(c)

by inserting after the item “Diazepam and other substances structurally derivated from 1,4-benzodiazepine except flumazenil and pirenzepine”

the following item:
