IMMIGRATION (EXEMPTION) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2021

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 55 of the Immigration Act 1959/63 [Act 155], the Minister, with the concurrence of the Chief Ministers of Sabah and Sarawak, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Immigration (Exemption) (Amendment)

Order 2021.

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2022.

Deletion of paragraph 4 2.

The Immigration (Exemption) Order 1963 [L.N. 229/1963] is amended by deleting paragraph 4.
