MEDICAL ACT 1971
MEDICAL (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) (NO. 4) ORDER 2021
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2)
of the
Medical
Act 1971
[Act 50], the
Minister, after consulting the
Council, makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Medical (Amendment of Second Schedule)
(No. 4) Order 2021.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Second Schedule to the Medical Act 1971 is amended—
(a)
in relation to the country of “Australia”, by substituting for the particulars relating to the item “Western Sydney University” the following particulars:

“Bachelor of

Bachelor of

(recognized on 8 July 2016)
Doctor of Medicine (recognized on 24 November 2017)”; and
