DENTAL ACT 1971
DENTAL (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) (NO. 2) ORDER 2021
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2)
of the
Dental
Act 1971 [Act 51], the
Minister, after consulting the
Council, makes the following order:
Citation
1. This order may be cited as the
Dental
(Amendment of
Second Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2021.
Amendment of the Second Schedule 2.
The Second Schedule to the Dental Act 1971 is amended, in relation to the country of “Australia”, in the item “University of Western Australia”, by inserting after the particulars “Bachelor of Dental Science” the following particulars:
Description of qualification
“Doctor of Dental Medicine
(Recognized on 7 April 2016)”.
