IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This Order comes into operation on 13 August 2021.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] is amended in the Schedule, in Part I, in relation to item 67, in column (2)—

(a)

by inserting semi colon at the end of paragraph (xxix); and

(b)

by inserting after paragraph (xxix) the following paragraph:

“(xxx) Conocophillips Sarawak Oil Limited”.
