  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011 [Act 723], the Controller, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering

(Determination of Maximum Price) (No. 7) Order 2021.

This Order comes into operation on 5 September 2021.

Interpretation 2.

For the purposes of this Order, “antigen rapid test kit (self-testing)”

means a self-testing kit used for the detection of antigen that causes

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) by using sample of oral fluid or nasal swab.
