- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 17(1)(a) Akta Perkhidmatan Kewangan 2013 [Akta 758], Bank Negara Malaysia membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Perintah Perkhidmatan Kewangan (Kehendak dan Pengemukaan Dokumen atau
Maklumat) (Perniagaan Berdaftar) 2013 [P.U. (A) 206/2013] dipinda dalam Jadual 1, dalam Bahagian 1, dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 3 butiran yang berikut:
“4.
Jika pemohon bukan institusi kewangan yang dikawal selia di bawah undang-undang yang dikuatkuasakan oleh Bank, pemohon itu hendaklah mempunyai dana modal minimum—
(a)
RM300,000, jika amaun sebenar atau unjuran nilai purata transaksi bulanan kurang daripada RM10,000,000; atau
(b)
RM1,000,000, jika amaun sebenar atau unjuran nilai purata transaksi bulanan lebih daripada RM10,000,000.
P.U. (A) 351 3 5.
Bagi maksud subbutiran 4(a) dan (b), istilah “nilai purata transaksi bulanan” hendaklah merujuk kepada pengiraan—
(a)
amaun sebenar yang dikira berdasarkan kepada purata dua belas bulan bergerak; dan
(b)
amaun unjuran yang dikira berdasarkan kepada anggaran amaun purata bulanan bagi tempoh dua belas bulan berikutnya.”.

OR INFORMATION) (REGISTERED BUSINESS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2021
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 17(1)(a) of the Financial Services Act 2013 [Act 758], the Central Bank of Malaysia makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Financial Services (Requirements and
Submission of Documents or Information) (Registered Business) (Amendment)
Order 2021.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 October 2021.
Amendment of Schedule 1 2.
The Financial Services (Requirements and Submission of Documents or
Information) (Registered Business) Order 2013 [P.U. (A) 206/2013] is amended in Schedule 1, in Part 1, by inserting after item 3 the following items:
“4.
Where the applicant is not a financial institution regulated under the laws enforced by the Bank, the applicant shall have a minimum capital funds of—
(a)
RM300,000, if the actual or projected amount of the average monthly transaction value is less than RM10,000,000; or
(b)
RM1,000,000, if the actual or projected amount of the average monthly transaction value is more than RM10,000,000.
P.U. (A) 351 5 5.
For the purposes of subitems 4(a) and (b), the term “average monthly transaction value” shall refer to the calculation of—
(a)
the actual amount which is calculated based on a twelve month moving average; and
(b)
the projected amount which is calculated based on an estimation of the average monthly amount for a period of twelve following months.".
