  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Control of Supplies Act 1961 [Act 122], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Control of Supplies (Amendment)

(No. 2) Regulations 2021.

These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2022.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Control of Supplies Regulations 1974 [P.U. (A) 103/1974] is amended in the

Schedule in Part I, by inserting after item 11 the following item:

“12. Onion, shallot and garlic”.
