Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Employees Provident Fund Act 1991 [Act 452], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Employees Provident Fund
(Amendment of Third Schedule) (No. 2) (Extension of Operation) Order 2021.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2022.
Extension of operation 2.
Notwithstanding subparagraph 1(2) of the Employees Provident Fund
(Amendment of Third Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2020 [P.U. (A) 387/2020], the Order is extended for the period from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022.
